We are eager to begin our after-school program virtually for the beginning part of the year. When it’s safe to return to school, we will revisit continuing the program on site. (Note: The program will transition to Face to Face in Phase 3)

APPLICATION FORMS:
Download and fill out the registration form. Once it’s complete, drop it off to the main office and place it in Mr. Lebrun’s mailbox or scan/email it to dlebrun@dadeschools.net.
