Parents for incoming 6th grade students click on the link below to schedule a time to drop off your device from elementary school and receive a Verizon iPad and charger for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year: Andover Middle Verizon iPad Scheduler.

Device Pick Up is by Appointment Only.
All students attending Andover Middle school will receive an iPad from Verizon with a free 10g data plan for this upcoming school year. Ipads will be returned at the end of the school year or if a student transfers to another school. In order to receive an ipad, please download and complete the application from our website at www.andoverms.net in the Verizon section under Media (Participation Agreement) or complete the application during the iPad Verizon iPad pick-up event. Also, schedule your iPad pick up time using the Andover Middle Verizon iPad Scheduler.
Note: To move faster through the iPad pick up process, please complete the application for the ipads before your arrival.
Ipads will only be given to all incoming 6th grade students and new students to the school. Our current 7th grade and 8th grade students have devices. In order to avoid delays in processing your application for an iPad, please:
1. Complete each section in the application.
2. Initial each section in the parent column.
3. Initial each section in the student column.
4. Sign next to parent and student signatures.
Remember to bring the completed application to your scheduled time.
